Good place to play baseball since the fields appear to be well maintained. This site has easy access to hwy 7 with a new LRT stop will be opening soon. There is an porta potty for use when the diamonds are closed. The natural lands are heavily infested with invasive weeds. Muskrat and beavers are present here.

Sunday afternoon, it was quiet and quite lovely with the sun and the breeze. It looks like a place that can be very busy at times. Heartily recommend as a place to work on some dog training.
