I had Quin to guide me through my first purchase/experience at Lids. Awesome personality and knowledgeable in colour matching for my customization and fitting. Loved my experience there. I’ll definitely be back. Love the hat i purchased, “hats off” to Quin 👍🏼 cheers, Kush

Wanted to order online but went to the store to check out the product first-hand. Rep Abram showed us the products and placed the order online for 9Forty hats. Ship to store took a week longer than promised. When they finally arrived the quality of the materials and overall weight of the hats were much less than the products instore. Even the rep agreed and said "they keep changing them up." We decided to switch for the 9Forty's we saw in store initially (even though they were not the teams we wanted). Rep then says we have to pay the difference. This got us really upset because the reason for coming to the store was because we wanted to see the quality before purchasing. Granted we ordered teams that may have cost less, however there was no indication online or from the rep that we were getting a COMPLETELY LESSER QUALITY PRODUCT. Lids is clearly misrepresenting/falsely advertising it's products. This is nothing less than a bait and switch scam. Rep called the manager Kelvin who refused to switch the hats without us paying the difference. He said he could refund the full value or we would have to pay the difference for the 9Forty hats/teams that we really didn't want. Currently on hold to speak to a customer service representative (over an hour and counting) - we're giving that idea up! Strictly on principle we decided to get our money back. We won't be shopping at Lids again. Wished we had looked at the consumer affairs reviews which gives them a 1 star rating from over 120 reviews.

I ordered a hat online but wanted it embroidered after, so I came in and it was done in around 5 mins. Service at this branch is quick and excellent, i am definitely coming back for future purchases.
