Play It Again Sports is a place to find quality products at a reasonable price... However the GreenBank location (located in Marketplace Barrhaven) has the poorest customer service I have ever seen. If you want help, expect not to be seen unless you seek employees out (as they chit-chat at the front desk). If I owned this location, I would re-evaluate the long-term sustainability of seeing customers walk who were intent on buying (I am not the only one for sure). While the franchise has not lost my business- this particular location will never see me again. Give Play It Again your business-just not this location. Find another.

If I could give this 0 stars, I really would! I went in today looking for football gloves for my son. I received NO customer service the first 10 mins I was in the store. I am new to this, as this is my son's first year in football. when someone finally asked if I needed help, he showed me where to find what I was looking for. The gloves were WAY up high right beside the cash area, where there was 4 employees standing around talking. After I finally received help, the employee grabbed me what size I had first asked for (after explaining I wasn't too sure what size.) The employee then went back to talking to the others , while my son struggled to get on the gloves. I've been in retail management for years so I expect a certain level of professionalism/customer service. I stood there looking at all of them as my son still continued to struggle while they all stood around ignoring me completely. I threw the gloves down and walked out of the store. Now some people would say, why wouldn't you just ask for help? My response to that is this, I didn't continue to ask for help because I wanted to see if any of them would turn their head to see him struggling or at least follow up with a " how are those gloves fitting, do we need another size?" This location will not be receiving my business again and I will definelty not recommended this to any of the other football mom's. You guys really need to work in the training of your employees because it's awful!

Super good store to by sports equipment for adults and kids at reasonable prices. Such a neat concept and opportunity for families. And said lots of stuff unnecessarily going to landfill.

Bought used skates at this store, they were looking scratched and lightly used. When trying to return the skates, I was told that they were new and I can not get the full price for them. Definitely worth spending extra half an hour at the store, learn the policies, and take pictures of the equipment you bought. Feels like the only way to have business with this store.
