Bart = super cool person. Very helpful person and friendly staff. Manager does great job training staff. And is exceptionally nice during training and will understand you if you have any difficulties

We went to buy our first pair of (used) skates. Really helpful attendant. Highly recommend. We were there at 3 on Sunday. 20 min wait for skates to be sharpened though so keep that in mind during busy periods.

*edit*Manager personally called me afterwards to apologize for the staff's behavior. Will give this place another try in the future. I went in today at around 2pm to drop off my bike and picked it up at 5pm. This was my first time coming to this place because of the decent reviews. Customer service was pretty bad to be honest. I felt like they didn't want me there. Especially the white guy who's at the cash register. No thank you, smile or anything. Bike repair was good and really well priced. I only got my brakes adjusted.

Great stuff. Warm welcoming. Very cooperative. I had very nice feeling everytime I went and they helped me with a smile.

We went to sell some unused hockey gear and maybe buy a couple of baseball gloves. The staff was friendly and courteous. They let us try on the gloves and (gently) throw a ball around in the store to make sure we liked the feel of them before buying. We aren't terribly athletic and at one point the ball crashed into one of the displays but even this was accepted with nothing more than a teasing comment from the staff. Although we were originally looking for preowned gloves so we could save some money we found the selection very limited and ended up buying new ones. With that said, I believe we got fair value for both the goods we were selling and the gloves we bought. I would shop here again.
