I have banked with CIBC, TD, Scotia, RBC, Mainstreet and Libro. Libro is by far the worst bank I have dealt with when it comes to customer care and support. The branch manager even had the audacity to lie to my face to try and cover their incompetence.

Just moved back to Sarnia from Barrie and opened an account yesterday. Received a call back the same day saying we were high risk because we didn't have a permanent address yet, pardon ?? Ridiculous...guess they didn't want the 50k injection after all. Gawd, was depositing money, NOT borrowing !!!!
