Great selection of jerseys and caps. Lots of cards and box sets. Owner seems like a good guy, willing to work with customers. Staff are always super pleasant. Enjoyable store to show in. Just needs a bit of a face lift for a 5* rating .

Helped my little guy out big time tonight!!!! We forgot about his skates at the sharpeners tonight and they’re closed. Completely our fault. We went to Allstars for some help and they went above and beyond! The guys there tonight got us a pair of skates to use and we were on our way to a our playoff game within 10 mins. A huge thank you!!!

I went in and was going to buy something. Anyways I bought some hockey cards for around 200$, but I remembered that I had to give my girlfriend some money for something and the had to change in 80$ worth of the hockey cards and the older guy at the counter acted like I was committing a sin just through his looks and how much sighing he was doing. Dumb to because I may only go in 4 to 6 times a year. I'll purchase about 2.500$ worth of merchandise. The younger fellow when I went in earlier that day put across that he'd be happy to help me out with whatever I wanted. Won't buy anything else if the older guy is there. The owner is cool and the young fellow but with the older guy I felt like I was being graded like a cheap hockey card. That's why I only gave it a 3. I would have given the store a 4, until I was brow beated and sighed to death by, well you know whom I mean.

Went to purchase some World Cup merchandise , but left feeling I had been a pain to the older gentleman behind the counter. Having worked in retail for over 25 years myself I found their was no customer service on his part. I actually felt I was bothering him by asking him a question.

I had two bad experiences with this place. Once was at their Hillcrest mall branch which i had an $80 store credit from past return and when i went back to use it they denied the store credit and their explanation was that the store has a new owner and we can accept anything from the pervious owner. I found that very disappointing and strange. The second time was at their Newmarket location i figured why not lets guve these guys one more chance and bought a maple leafs ladies jersey took my wife to see her first game. She had the jersey in the bag as she works downtown and i was going to meet her at the game. As we are walking in passing the gate the bag beeped and the Security guatd searched the bag and realized the store security tag was still attached to it. At that exact moment i called their store and explained the situation and the person on the phone suggested i should go find pliers and unhook the tag like i have one in my pocket ready to use it. My wife was beyond disappointed and i ended up buying her an over priced jersey at the game. When i came back to the store the next guy. The okd guy at the counter denied that that was their security tag and blamed me of wearing the jersey even all the tags were still attached to it and i got a different Security tag attached to it to make this up to get my money back. After a 20 mins of useless arguing with him all he did he un did the tag and said i can have the jersey and they don’t return used items. Now we have two jerseys and these guys have one less customer to support their business. Thank you for you great customer service and an excellent experiences you guy left behind you.
