I heard from a friend that lids does embroidery. Went into the store and was welcomed by both staff that worked. I was looking to embroider a robe and didn't know if they would do. They were so nice and talked me through the process. They were both so knowledgeable and the robe now look amazing. Thanks so much Riley and Mike! Definitely will recommend.

Always kind and attentive staff!! Extremely helpful with every sale, return and exchange I’ve ever had! Have purchased 40+ hats from this location!! :) A very welcoming and friendly environment all around !!

Dope store, lots of selection, and if they don't have it you can order online. Also the supervisor is hot

Got a hat custom made and the employee making it promised me I could RETURN the hat if I didn't like it. I bought it for a friend of mine and he wanted a different style, so I called the store manager and asked to get an exchange. He told me I had been misled and refused to do anything to remedy our situation. This store very clearly cares about profits over customers, and did absolutely nothing to help our experience. Kinda sucky when an associate can do his job more adequately than the manager can, but he was unwilling to budge on his stance over the cost of a single hat, after one of his employees had guaranteed we would be able to return it. Very poorly run, should reconsider their stance on customer service. Will not be shopping her again.
