Very dirty, unkept park. Several people who walk their dogs here refuse to pick up after them and simply leave their waste in middle of the pathways for everyone to step on. This park could have so much potential if residents weren't so lazy. I've seen dog poop left since winter in this park. It is never cleaned by the city either. The bushes at the Bayel entrance are always overgrown making the path very narrow.
