Best adidas store. Staff is on point every time I come in. There's always unique stuff going on: cocktails, pop-up nail shop, DJs from Rinse FM etc. The whole store is unique, along with some of the stuff they sell - you won't find it in normal Adidas stores. Recommend a visit even if you're just looking to browse and see what's going on this week. 10/10 - boom.

The best staff in that whole area they are all genuinely helpful and actually make an effort. From the manager to the new kid downstairs. I take my hat off to the guys I really wonna go back and get that watch 🙂

Terrible shopping experience. Visited 7th April 2018. This store is all style over substance. The service is just like JD sports - few staff all of whom don’t know what they are doing and are too busy to help. There is no sense of any order or queuing system so don’t go when it’s busy. No ‘management’ presence or anyone in control. The store looks lovely. Nice DJ. Great brand - but the customer experience falls woefully short of expectation. They need to focus on what matters - customer service. Ironically I only went in to pick up an online order. I thought it would be easier - wish I’d had it sent to my home. Sort it out Addidas !!

It’s not usually too bad but this time there was just zero service. There was a group of people who I later learnt we’re all staff and their friend, who just stood next to me, chatting and swearing. I had to awkwardly interrupt their conversation to ask to try some shoes. While I say waiting I saw the guy come upstairs, say to his colleagues ‘have you seen the girl after these’ to which the guy stood RIGHT next to me said ‘she’s probably round the corner’. So the staff member who was meant to be serving me just gave up. He finally wondered over and noticed me and said ‘you disappeared’. I WAS SAT ON THE CHAIR WHERE SIT TO TRY ON SHOES...RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU ALL. I don’t think I could have been made to feel any more unwelcome until the staff told me it was my fault for not coming to him when he called out ‘size 6’ which I wasn’t able to hear over the other staff chatting! ARGH! fortunately one member of staff noticed me waiting to be served so I could try another size. If it wasn’t for him apologising for his colleagues, I don’t think I would have spent my money there. I will certainly avoid it in future. What a joke.

Fantastic service, I was helped by the lovely Nadia, she was warm, attentive and helped me pick a lovely pair of Parleys!
