Adidas let me down again. I went to their store to buy a few items and they run out of them. They recommended to buy online. I placed my order on Saturday and would like it to be delivered by Tuesday evening however they're failing to do it even though they offer one day delivery. I've been on the phone and emails with them all day but they failed to resolve their issue. There are so many competitors to go to if you, Adidas, can't provide fast delivery even if you're advertising it. Unacceptable!

Amazingly the store lacks of stock of new releases. Come to the shop to buy shoes from the latest season and was sent to the nearest Office shop further down the street. Well done guys!!

I went to store few days ago, Staff was helpful and professional but I didn't like Adidas policy of not accepting returns of items bought online. When I bought the items I didn't know that and in store even explained how long took me to get items due to delivery delays nothing could be done. So I advise Adidas to change that as I bought online to save me time but if I have to return I would like to do it in store so I can try on to end the cycle, saving time.

I thought customer service was great. I came in to exchange something and it was done in minutes. All the staff were friendly. The shop floor can be a bit confusing. I couldn't really understand the layout so finding items was a bit difficult.

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I walked into the store and there were 5 workers on the shop floor and a supervisor (I assumed as she had a tablet). One of the workers was serving a customer, the others where in the middle of a conversation about some girl that was in the store earlier. None of these 4 workers acknowledged me even though 3 of them looked right at me as I walked towards them. I continued to look for some training shoes and was no more than 3/4 metres from the collection of workers who were still discussing the rear end of a young lady who came into the store earlier. While i was searching for training shoes I expected to hear the customary 'can I help you' from one of the workers; it NEVER came. Even when I was standing holding a shoe and clearly stating that I was wondering if it came in my size!! I would recommend customer service training for all staff; different customer service training then they already went through because clearly that training was insufficent!! I will say that the store has nice floors, which is what there is most of on display in the store... Actual trainers and apparel are few and far between so you'd think that acknowledging customers would be a priority as they may want an item that is not on the shop floor!!
