The staff at Lids White Oaks is great! Always friendly and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and they know great customer service.

Horrible service at the locker room location, the employee working was one of the managers. He did not care about anything except playing on his phone behind the counter, he wouldn't answer any questions I asked about products or where I could find an out of stock item. I have never been in a store that has shown a customer so much disrespect. I used to enjoy my experience here, but ever since the new manager came in I will not be shopping here anymore

Awful. Store manager "Nate" is a liar. Was told that a full refund was approved. I drive to the store to be told by his assistant that I would have to take an in store credit. Horrible service. Horrible experience. Go anywhere else!
