Awesome service right from the get go. I’m a customer in Kelowna, BC who had a question. Using the google “message us” button, I did and I received a response in under a minute. All my questions were answered and the customer service was top notch. Just received my order today and I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you to the whole team at More than just caps! Very much appreciated. Just need Melnyk to see the team now, so that Tkachuk doesn’t go anywhere anytime soon!!

Came here to get custom embroidery on a hat after Lids screwed up my last one. This machine they use here is great and the quality of their raised lettering is amazing. Only knock on it is they only have a small selection of fonts to choose from.
