I recently left my Mountain Bike here for some repairs and a tune-up. I thought I needed a new rear brake but they were able to repair it for me. They easily could have sold me a new brake and I would've thought nothing of it, but they suggested to me they could fix it vs. replace it. I had it out on the trails this weekend and the bike felt like new again! Thanks guys.

I recently dropped in to Spokes for a quick adjustment on my bike which I had purchased there a few years ago. Andrei did the repair quickly and also noticed an additional adjustment that was needed on my brakes, so he also fixed these on the spot. Because I bought the bike at Spokes, there was not cost for the work! Excellent customer service and quality of work!

I came in yesterday bc my bike broke and they were able to help me on the spot. The manager even stayed late to help me. I’m very grateful that they were able to fix my bike so I could get to work. Highly recommend!!

My brother and I received amazing service and guidance from Jordan. We are not bike experts but he took the time to explain the problem with my bike, offered us a used replacement part at a fair price, and even helped us remove a part we couldn't remove on our own, without expecting compensation. He was very helpful and not at all judgmental or condescending, despite my ugly bike and my inexperience with maintaining it. It was really one of the best customer service experiences we've had and I'll be sure to return whenever my bike needs maintenance.

Great service - thanks Dean and crew.....had a small repair on a bike i did not buy in the Province.....and then called with a question on another bike.....very helpful and appreciated. Just got really good service again (seperate from above) on an old bike I was working on. They really care about bikes and customers...... They don’t know me at all - but 2 great experiences in less than a year (where the sale/service wasn’t very much money.
