It's a decently-kept little park, though some areas could use a more regular cleaning [of garbage]. Weeds are also strongly increasing in abundance and should be addressed more regularly. On the plus side, the courts are well maintained and there's lots of cute little colourful birds. Rabbits tend to run around at night as well, which is neat. :)

Nice playground. Tennis court and 2 basketball courts. 1 baseball field and good parking. Pretty well maintained. Some empty water bottles around but that's it.
