Verry nice staff. They took the time to understand our need and tried as much as they can to make it happen even though the first hat was not good they redid it without a discussion and it was perfect. I definitely recommend getting your personalized hat there.

Bought a hat. Hats was too tight. Tried returning it but the incompetent manager said she couldn't because it didnt have the stickers. Really?!?! Now wonder lids is going bankrupt lol. I do not recommend this place for hats . Horrible customer service. Not even store credit. Pathetic.

Horrible service, never order anything that's not in store. They lied to me about the arrival date just so they could make commission on their sale. I bought a 150$ jersey for my girlfriend and was promised it would be delivered by a specific date that I needed it for. When I called the store they said they hadn't received it yet and when I asked when it would be coming in they told me to call customer care. I'll definitely never shop there again and I don't suggest it to anyone else, especially if your an all around sports fan because all they seem to carry is habs and blue Jay's merchandise.

I called 11 times back to back and no one answered. I then on the 12th try, someone answered and seemed angry. I inquired about hat design and embroidery. I was met with hostility and a non-helpful attitude. All that was provided to me was problems and reasons as to why they were unable to assist me with my request. I asked to speak with the manager and I was assured that they were the "Stand-In Manager" and with the 3 years experienced he so boasted about - that's all they could do for me. Completely unprofessional.
