Selection of hats were great and the staff was very helpful. I had help from Brad and he knew his stuff!

Good caps & + - prices

Aug 14, 2017
Bought a cap there, didn't like the style because unlike Australian caps the front ended up being too short so I returned it the very next day with the receipt. No bonjour hi or anything so I had to greet the cashier and she replied: "Yeah what do you want.." Not only that, they have an excruciating return policy as if their terrible customer service wasn't enough. Wasted too much time there - they'll give you every excuse under the sun to not exchange it back. I had to travel all the way to the Lids in Eaton Center at McGill where I was able to get a refund. First and last time buying anything there, an utter waste of time and energy. Just buy at Sports Experts, Billabong, or off Amazon.

No greeting, no help. Cashier was talking to his buddy and was ignoring customers.
