Nice area, really thick green grass, sand playground. Unfortunately in the playground all the slide surfaces were covered in a very sticky substance making them extremely dangerous for a child to try to slide down but stick and tumble off head first. I don't know if it was that 'fine tree drippings mist' or if a child had poured pop down every singe slide. Idk.
