I went to see Jonathon Fouhse for an injury which required some physiotherapy recently-Jonathon was very informative in explaining where my injury was and the strategy and treatment to correct and recover from it-I highly recommend him to my friends and relatives for any physiotherapy needs!

I was fortunate enough to be referred by my friend to see Justin K. I was in a roll over accident and he was the first physiotherapist that I seen a couple weeks after. I continued to see him once a week for about six months. He is easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He introduced me to IMS which was the one treatment that helped take away my back pain almost instantly. He also used this technique on many other areas such as my shoulders, traps and chest. Make one appointment with him and you will never see anyone else🙌🏼

I was able to get in quite quickly after having back pain. My therapist was thorough in the assessment and we began a treatment plan. I have been to 2 appointments and I am feeling much better and am continuing to follow up for prevention and maintenance. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Email reminders of appointments are great! I feel my therapist is invested my recovery and well being! Would recommend!

I have been going to Zone Sports for over 4 months now after a shoulder surgery. Very personable and caring and always offering positive affirmation making my recovery so much easier. Highly Recommended!!

Extremely knowledgeable in what they are doing. We have been to other places for assessments and have been wrongly assessed - they have been 100% on target with all my families sporting injuries. We have two family members involved in ringette and one who is a high end goalie and faces some serious injuries - without their help she would have never made it to the Winter Games nor played on our Provincial team for the last few years. Sent both my parents their from sport related injuries and both found they solved their issues.
