Lack of seating soccer pitch, lines not marked well for games. Lots broken branches on the field. Mostly street parking. Parameter has developed trees for shade which is nice.

Multiple ball fields, soccer field, kids play structure and a splash park to enjoy. Paved trails make it easy to walk where you need to go.
