As someone who started as a player with this organization and eventually worked in various roles as an employee, I have nothing but great things to say! The staff takes a tremendous amount of pride behind the scenes working hard to provide players with top notch customer service and the best distribution of facility locations, game times, evenly matched opponents, and quality equipment. Joining as an individual or small group is also a great way to meet similar-minded people and make friends for life!

Despite having played in over 99 registered seasons/tourneys (multiple days a week) they have yet to address me as the great one. Nevertheless - they do a great job delivering a positive environment for both sport and socializing, so, to that I say ‘spot on crew, spot on’.

Oh man the ESSC keeps getting better! I have played in there slow pitch leagues for about 7 years and each season has been an absolute treat. Everything is super organized and their staff at the tourneys are always a blast. I just started playing in their winter multi-sport league where you play a different sport every week and it is so tight! It truly doesn't get any better than this.

I have played in three of the Battle of Alberta tournaments that ESSC puts on throughout the year. The beach volleyball BOA in Sylvan lake has such a great atmosphere. Early in the morning teams arrive with their tents, lawn chairs and coolers to set up camp for a great day of volleyball. volleyball. Win or lose it is always a fun time!
