This club has turned into the community centre from hell. There is no exclusivity left here. It is literally packed ALL the time, so good luck even finding a machine to use before 10:00 PM, let alone a parking spot. Parents here do not supervise their children, and the kids academy is filled with untrained teen employees who have no clue how to even blow a child’s nose. What do we pay for I have to wonder. I am especially taken back by one of the bigger front desk receptionists who is rude, arrogant and has ZERO concept of customer service. She works every single daytime shift, the only times I can come within my work schedule. Whenever I come in she is miserable and I don’t believe she has ever smiled since birth. I do NOT expect this level of incompetence from a supposedly “elite” fitness club and especially given the amount my entire family pays per month. We have all cancelled our memberships here, and will not recommend to anyone ever. All of our friends have cancelled recently too so we will be returning to Good Life fitness where they treat you as human beings instead of bank accounts. Cheers.

Was a member here for 1.5 years and had to move away for work, was very easy to cancel my membership. Moved back in the summer and the first thing I did was join lIfe time again, my kids love the Kids Academy, the gym is super clean and I really missed the facility. Abdul helped me get signed back up and was very helpful, the rest of the staff is super nice too.

Lifetime Athletic is more than a gym, it’s a luxury club that values its clients both young and old. Our family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 6) return on a daily basis because there is so much to do as a family and individually as well. Service - Friendly. Always greeted with a smile and hello when passing employees both PTs to maintenance staff. They handled my lost item with much care. 2 staff dropped what they were doing and treated my lost item like a mission until it was found. Thank you! Programs/Classes - professional and engaging adult classes. Kids Academy is top notch, both daily programs and stocked studios. Equipment - high end, touch screen, padded surfaces that are easy on the knees. Well maintained. Facility - beyond clean. Everywhere smells like a garden! They must have scent diffusers installed in every corner of the place (or blowing through the vents) Bathrooms/Changerooms/showers - highly maintained and cleaned. Staff mop floors regularly to ensure cleanliness. Always stocked with quality hygiene products free of charge. I could go on, but it’s better experienced first hand so sign up!
