Really bad customer service. Staff have such different type of attitude. I just got the guest pass for a week and it was expiring on 26 April but they said it expired on 22April. When i talked to customer service representative a guy in front have a ball in hand such an unprofessional way. And said that it expire now. I cannot do anything for you. He didn’t even checked the system neither he trusted my words. If they can’t do something a human can then they should just quit their jobs and let a self scanner do the job at the counter. They even don’t talk to you in good manners. Such a bad service. Thank god i saw their real bad attitude Before joining the gym. Even gyms like Pay for less who charge 1/5th of the price have far better customer service. It would have been such a wastage of my time and money. Be alert, even being such an expensive club they have no idea how to deal with a customer. So disrespectful towards their members. Really bad experience never gonna choose this gym.

Great equipment. Excellent staff. Convenient location. Been here 11 years straight from the pre opening time! Recently renovated and utilized the space even better!

I've trained at this gym consistently for a number of years as do several of my friends and family. I'm here daily at 9:15 in the morning and I'm done by 11:30. During that time, the gym is generally clean and well maintained. It's quite large. Lots of equipment. The crowd at that time of day is mostly regulars and mostly everyone, including the staff is respectful and courteous. This location has a sauna, a pool and child minding. I've been a member of other gym chains and like all gyms, this location has it's peak hours when it's harder to get a machine and more crowded. If you can avoid it, don't come between 5 and 8 p.m. It's like driving in rush hour vs at 10am. Don't come at rush hour and complain that it's busy! Also, I'd like to add, that some of the negative reviews on Google seem to have a racial element to them and seem to come from people who don't like being around minorities (including the Indians complaining about too many Indians). Well, if you don't like Indians or other minorities, then don't come to Brampton! All in all, it's a pretty good gym to train and I'm looking forward to seeing the new renovations when they're done in a couple weeks.

Personal trainer during the orientation tried to sell my 72 year old mother a pricey personal training package and refused to show her how to do machine weights. When I called to speak to him about that he refused to take the call and ran away. Will be speaking with the manager today. That personal trainer has no decency. I get they have to make money but not in such a sleazy way. Just an update, I have to take the above statement back. The gentleman wound up calling me and we worked it out that my mother would come back in and he would show her how to use the weights. When engaging my mother apparently he was cordial, respectful and polite. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3.

It has the potential to be a nice gym. There's enough variety in quipment as well as enough space. Despite this, no one actually using the gym's services cleans down any equipment or re-racks any weights. Trying to find clips to put on the ends of a barbell is like finding a needle in a haystack - nearly impossible.
