The place needs to be vacuumed and cleaned regularly. There is enough dust balls to accumulate to make 10-12 mattresses. Washrooms and change rooms smell. Blood drops on ctr court of the street cage. The side with the garage door is nasty full of rat droppings and urine, don’t let your ball touch that it’s toxic. I’ve been coming for years, 0 upgrades, 0 changes. I think management should be changed 👎🏼👎🏼 Employees, 0 help and very confrontational although I really don’t care about employees rating. Fix your entry gates. The guy at the front desk is so lazy and so confrontational he’d rather tell you not to slam the door multiple times instead of resolving the slamming with a soft close device. The live “busy” “not busy” doesn’t work Hard courts are nice 👍🏼

Ted is verbally abusive and threatening. And, just after asking normal customer questions. It’s a shame. Spoils overall experience. Stay clear. Not worth the headache. Zero stars if I could.

Great facility! Lots of room for multiple games of basketball.

Good facility with nice courts, but during a grade 8 bball tournament, no staff around to answer questions, help clean up, etc.

Friends have had their stuff stolen many times - bring a lock. The competition isn't incredible - bring a group to play with. Lots of young guys with lots of attitude and no game.
