This facility is a terrific spot with a great assortment of equipment and areas. Amazing basketball court and pool. All the equipment is in great working order/clean. Locker room is great. The people are amazing. Very friendly/helpful/encouraging and not aggressive with sales tactics. This is by the far the best facility in the Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo area. I highly recommend joining this place if you are looking for a lifestyle change or continuing with that change.

Not sure why people say the staff isnt friendly. The guy who helped me today was the sweetest. The girl at the desk was also super sweet.

Staff were not over friendly except for one person only and club is known for not telling you the upfront costs when joining the club. From time to time the change rooms cleanliness should be a lot better. Was not impressed overall.

This is a super gym! The staff are always super friendly and helpful, they’re always cleaning up the place and making sure it looks fantastic. They are also super supportive and will answer any questions you have right away and will always leave you feeling heard. The gym itself is in great shape, all the equipment looks new and when something breaks, it’s fixed right away. There’s always machines/weights available for everyone. There’s a women only section which I’ve never used but it’s a great little place for those who want to workout alone. There’s also a small pool which isn’t meant for casual swimming, but working out and it’s a great little add-on!
