The facility is always clean and organized. The layout is very well planned and not stuffy. I am also very pleased with how they treat the members and are willing to go the extra mile to keep them satisfied.

This has been BY FAR my favourite gym in town. Great facility; and you couldn't ask for more exemplary staff. Highly recommend this location!

Large, spacious, and open-concept gym with tons of equipment. A signature club that offers towel service, hair dryers, and shower products when you opt for the more expensive membership. Could use more parking and organization (the free weight area is a complete mess).

I have been member there for 5 years now and the quality is decreasing everyday. Nothing seems to be monitored. Everybody do what they want. Towels are always anywhere on the ground in the restroom. I entirely agree the Aaron Long comments... Toilets and showers are more and more disgusting. No more lotion for weeks now. No panels, no signs asking or at least reminding what people have to observe. People spit almost everywhere too, making noise with their throat. Some people are very dirty. Some people speak very loudly. This morning was, icing on the cake, my shoes were stolen in the restroom. I'm 72 and it's the first time in my life I have to report that !!! My casual boots have been stolen this morning !! I thought I was dreaming... Actually, it's anything. So, I hesitated and I'm still hesitating to give up and unscribe and starting to tell to all my friends the reality of this location. I don't know at all the others La Fit. in Toronto, but I think it's a real bad image for the Company to see how bad is going... Thank you for your attention and your help.

A great facility to work out at, I spent a lot of time and (money) at this gym, it was well worth it. It has a pool, sauna, and every piece of workout equipment and circuit trials you can think of. I will be back when I have more money that you guys have taken away from my gym addiction.
