Very good I will deffentally go back spent over 350 dollars on tackle today. Went in there yesterday to look around ended up buying 2 different crossbows they had a big sale on. Between the 2 days I spent over 1000.00 dollars but the best part is I saved over 500.00 dollars. Which is awesome because I work had for my money.

Came here to buy ammo and a case for a new gun purchase. I feel like a lot of people forget that this place is a great alternative to buying overly priced products from a gun store. Everything is highly affordable and will not break your bank. In my opinion best place to buy gun accessories. The gun counter though should of had more people, it seemed like the day i went (sunday) was low staffed.

Went in to look at items locked I case. Sales person was impatient. Claimed he was the only one in the store who had knowledge of the items, but needed to be elsewhere in the store. He didn't think cashier's know enough to take a layaway deposit, didn't think he could do the processing that late in the day. Didn't want to respond to multiple questions about the items. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Drove to a similar store and was greeted with a smile.

I went into Dunham's in Southgate this past Friday to buy my fiance and crossbow for Christmas. I bought the last one they had on display. The employee got it down for me and brought me the box separately. She told me she didn't really know how to take it apart. Which wasn't a big issue. I repeatedly asked if there was anything wrong with it because I don't know absolutely anything about crossbows as I said before it was a gift for Christmas. Christmas morning my fiance opened it, but soon to find out that the scope and everything else was missing from the box, but the arrows. We're both livid of course, but also understanding that things happen. We also realized that they sold us the wrong size carrying case for the crossbow. So today we called to talk to a manager (Linda). She told me that it doesn't come with a scope, it only comes with 3 arrows. I had to tell her that I'm sitting in front of the box for it and I read off several different things that it was missing. She took my name and number down and said she'd call me back. Fast forward to 5 hours later. No call back from Linda the assistant manager that I spoke to or corporate. What terrible customer service, right! So we went in to the store with the receipts we were told that there's nothing they can do for us that it's pretty much my fault for not looking in the box myself. I explained to her that I also work in retail and that her employees play a lead roll in selling me something that is incomplete product and also selling me a case that doesn't even for the crossbow. She told me that because of the holidays some employees have to fill in departments that they are unfamiliar with. I feel like that is a terrible excuse. Sounds to me like they neednto train their employees a little more thoroughly. I can't believe how unwilling they are to help customers that OFTEN shop there and send others to. It's a shame.
