Sadly, my experience of this place has been very poor. I was looking for a table tennis club to join. I found this place on line. I phoned and spoke to the manager( Jason). I explained to him that I wanted to join the club and also have some private coaching. He asked me to come to the club on a Tuesday evening and he’d explain the process to me. I went the following Tuesday around 7.00p.m. The receptionist didn’t have a clue how to help me or who I should speak with. Eventually I approached someone who said I need to speak with Jason. He pointed out Jason to me. I approached him but before I could ask him anything he said ‘Call me tomorrow or I’ll miss my train’. Fine, so I go home( having wasted one and a half hours). I phone him the next day and text him. He texts me back a few hours later saying he’ll call me the next day. The next day, nothing! I wait 2 more days, nothing! So I send him a text asking if he’s too busy can I speak with someone else. The next day he phones saying someone will call me that day to arrange for some lessons. I wait another 3 days and no one calls me. I send another text to Jason on Monday ( just gone), asking if I should come to the club the next day. I later text him again saying I still haven’t heard anything. On Tuesday, in exasperation I searched again for a table tennis club. I spoke with someone in Dulwich ( Dulwich table tennis club)who asked me to come along that evening, warmly welcomed me and gave me a free one hour coaching session. I think the customer service at The Greenhouse Sports Centre sucks. If the staff are serious about their jobs they should have the politeness and decency to reply promptly to messages and calls and do what they say they’re going to do! If they’re too busy to take on new clients they should be up front and honest about it. I strongly recommend NOT going to this place!

I love it because it influenced me to be a table tennis player
