Very poor experience. Rude & slow reception stuff - I lost a couple jewellery items in the pool and wasn’t allowed to look at the lost & found, long wait to get my towels (with such an expensive towel service) and was scolded for helping myself to one. Old, mushy facility, not worth half the price they’re charging.

The salt water pool is amazing. It's great to not smell like chlorine after a swim. The location is good too.

Great workout area, friendly staff. A bit pricey though

My experience with JCC was a bit disappointing. First I enrolled with them thinking that the swimming pool was exclusively salted but later on they told me that they still add chlorine due to the regulation in Ontario. Then I ran into issues getting the proper format for my membership bills that I wanted to submit to my insurance for reimbursement (staff was not helpful at all - little to no response to emails, and responses were not solving the issue). Last issue I had with them was regarding the cancellation of the membership, I requested it 3 days before the due date instead of 5... I had to pay a full month ($156 for my partner and I) for nothing. Well, good luck!

Member for over 1 year with my family. During that time, we paid for 3 premium programs, all of which were cancelled 2 years. At this point, one can see pervasive poor management. I stayed on for several months as I had a personal trainer, who is excellent (and I had prepaid for a number of sessions). I emailed the cancellation expecting to give a month notice. However, they kept taking out our money for an extra 2 months. When I inquired I was told I would only get 1 month back despite their website saying, "we require one additional full payment, to be processed AFTER submitting this form". My suggestion is to watch out. You won't be getting lemonade from this lemon until they the systemic issues.
