This is a wonder community gym and activity centre. It is very well managed and kept very clean. The workout equipment is varied and extensive. Security access is well managed and appreciated. Some of the member characters in the fitness area can be strange and aggressive so I recommend that management deal with these characters for the greater benefit of the centre. Recent upgrades to the facility have made the place more pleasant and professional.

Clean and well managed gym. The manager is well understanding and amazing. The toilets are cleaned well and doesn't look like a dumpster that is World Gym. Hence, the reason why I am going to get the membership here than at World Gym. The only downside is that it doesn't have a high number of equipment for its gym section in the basement. That isn't to say it doesn't have everything you need, cause I would be lying. It does have all the equipment you need to workout. Otherwise, good place to come!

Gym is good but why is it so expensive $67 monthly basic membership as in YMCA Victoria, BC it's just $31 for the same facility. Hence m joining fit for less that is reasonable and also has variety.

These guys spams emails almost every freaking day and tells you to sign in for “free” for two weeks. Which is great at first until you go there and be told that if you look at the email AT THE SMALLEST fonts it tells you have to be above 22 years old to get the promotion. Me and my friends planned to go last week and we were all under 22 so what happened? Absolutely nothing. Added to insult is they keep sending you all their daily activities in the following day. My advice, next time you send and SPAM emails be sure to put the AGE RESTRICTION beside the “FREE” 2 week thing. I’m pretty sure me and my friends aren’t the only ones who are upset about this.
