Went in for shoes. Large enough store to have lots of selection. Sales people always seem to be in a big hurry and fly by you with a quick "are you OK" until one actually stops. The the lady we had in the end was very helpful and found us the sizes we were looking for and not finding.

I bought by son a CMC Hockey Helmet here. The screws kept coming out. I took it back 8 months later and the staff member and manager were incredibly helpful and reasonable. They resized by son's head and gave me a new helmet also reimbursing me for the difference!!! It is reasonable because the helmet was clearly defective but I very much appreciated the understanding and zero hassle associated with facilitating this exchange!! Great work!!

A wonderful representative by the name of Connie. She went over and above what any other representative at any other store of ever shopped at. I thank you for Connie and her extremely diligent and efficient working and also a pleasant person. I'll be back because of her
