Good variety of sports merchandise, especially biking and skiing related. Also some good discounts on shoes and bikes. Customer service was good and never felt rushed anywhere. Helped me choose with informed decisions kn the products.

Before going into Calgary I'll always check here for what I need. And they usually have it and save me a trip. The prices are usually spot on and they have great sales where you can find great gear at fantastic savings. Great staff too, not only friendly, knowledgeable on almost everything you ask them.

We bought a swimsuit and were satisfied on the quality. The customer service told us upfront that their store has a no return policy which is good.

I've been using sports experts for over 5 years now and I've always had a good experience with them. The staff seems to genuinely want to help you and generally know what they are talking about. They charge a more than fair price to service ski/snowboard equipment and have a good selection of mid to high end gear. Should you come here for the absolute top of the line sports gear? No. Should you come here if you are a general sports enthusiast that wants reasonably priced mid to high end gear? Yes, absolutely.

Fantastic can do attitude from the staff in helping meet our bike rental needs. Beyond helpful and personable. Also had great hydration packs for the kids. Thank you for helping make our Canmore trip complete!
