Worse Customer service in my entire life seen from the Adidas Store Manager “Mercedes” at the Outlet Adidas store at the Airport premium outlet mall. They charged us wrong price, but when I show them proof tag then she said m sorry now it’s done, can not do anything now. I said m not buying anything with this price plz return my money. She refused and said no Money return and she refused for store credit originally and also refused to exchanged for another item but when security come she still didn’t refund my money I have to buy another item which I don’t even needed. Even security seen that tag price and asked manager to gave me that price and manager tried to hide that price and were showing security another item with different price, What a drama? Anyways my suggestion is always check price at counter before u pay. I tapped my card and did not even noticed price originally. I never left the store and still they never refund my money. I will not even gave them one star... super Bad customer service.... . I will call adidas and will tell them this story too. Will see how they look into this and I will wait for their reply. I HAVE DECIDED I WILL NEVER GO TO ADIDAS STORE IN FUTURE IN MY LIFE

If you are into sports or athletics this is the place to get good quality wear. They have a 50% discount going on so get moving for all those fancy coloured sneakers. Summer is soon coming and they will look fabulous.

Absolutely too dark in here. I walked in and couldn't see anything. A lovely worker named Helen had to guide me to my purchase. I had no clue what I was buying but when I left it turned out it was a radish. A radish is a nut. It is a meat. It is a type of nut. I had no radishes until I left this store and it was all due to Helen. She deserves a raise and is a wonderful person. Please turn on the lights in this place though it was like walking in a cave full of radishes. And I know

Great prices but seems to always be low on stock. That's understandable because if how good their prices are

It's an outlet store so the selection fluctuates, but I have always found deals there. Occasionally they discount the entire store by 40-50% off the lowest ticketed price. They usually have a fairly good selection of soccer boots with a good discount (including for kids). I've never had a problem with staff and they've always been courteous and helpful.
