Your reply means that you don’t care about Cutomoers opinion! First I spent a lot of time with my 4 years old son trying to encourage him to attend and it didn’t work so the simplest thing when we request a refund you should do that so again I really don’t recommend any parents who have a child under age of 4 years to join this program you are wasting your money! And what kind of a non profit organization whi charge me 20$ for late fee registration!! Again your reply mean that you only defending your organization without trying to improve your self !! Unfortunately the worest experience ever I had with any activity my sons joined are you !! I hope my mistake could prevent other parents from doing the same mistake!!

I will not recommend any one to join this academy, This don’t show any kind of respect, Also don’t ever think to let your son under age of 4 years old to join this academy it’s totally wasting your money and for sure you will want to cancel after that and they will tell you read of refund policy (so forget about your money) Also for the out door for any bad weather conditions they cancel the day without re-schedule another day or reimbursement !! Very disappointing and very bad experience, The admin office very rude he don’t care about what you want ! All what they care about that they got your money and that’s all!!!

We go there to rent the soccer field all year round ateast 3 times a week. The field is good for the price, the staff are very friendly, accommodating, and understanding. We have been going there for years and will continue to go there. Can't speak much about the acadamey part as I haven't tried that.

Fall and winter indoor soccer for 6-8 yr old kids: 1.No one replies to emails; We asked for both our sons to be in the same group and after sending an email with our request, we not only did not get a reply but our boys were separated and it made it difficult to manage their split schedules. 2. Washroom is filthy and smells bad- there are employees sitting in the front office doing nothing while the facility could be better maintained. 3. Coaches don't coach- the excuse is that they can't stop the game every 2 minutes but how can kids learn if they don't know the basic rules of the game? There is no enthusiasm from the coaches and no team bonding. It's up to the parents to teach their own kids. Each team should have a cheer to make it more fun and each team member should know the names of their coach as well as each player on their team. No one knows anyone and they all chase the ball because they dont know that they can pass to one another. We are very dissapointed. UPDATED June 2018: Summer outdoor soccer for 6-8 year old kids: It's almost unbelievable that the same place can offer such a different experience in the span of a few months. As much as we were dissapointed with the lessons during the indoor sessions in fall and winter, we are on the opposite side of the spectrum when it comes to the summer outdoor lessons. Our kids coach Victor, as well as all the other coaches have been exceptionally amazing. They are great with the kids! They actually coach, talk to the kids, have their attention and focus during practice, kids know what they are supposed to be doing, and they are learning how to play in a much more positive environment. You can see that the coaches care, have passion towards the sport as well as the kids, and have a great way of approaching the team with smiles and enthusiasm. This is very important and I see the results in my own kids as they have become a lot more passionate about the sport. Thank you Victor for being an inspiration to our boys.
