We've been with WRSC for several years. In the beginning everything seemed fine. But when the club numbers exploded due to Just For Kicks going under, I noticed a change in how the house league was run and it seemed like it was too much to handle. Communication was a little choppy but otherwise the summers were fine. But when my kid moved up to the competitive division, I realized how poorly it was run. Our coach is great although I have a feeling he doesn't get a ton of support, but it' she administration that runs the competitive program which is the problem. They treat there players and families like they can easily be replaced and don't care about their value. Communication is horrendous. Everything is ultra last minute and they expect the families to be free at a moments notice. Families rarely known what's going on or what to expect and never get answers. The directors claim that they don't know what future plans are but have learned that they do but don't say anything in case plans change. I'd rather having a heads up with a warning that plans are subject to change. It's difficult to plan ahead if you have other kids. I've heard they don't treat their small time sponsors well, but yet keep begging for sponsorship. They need to refresh their directors at large, at least one of them or hire someone part time just to run the competitive program. When you call the office, they have no clue what's going on because they only handle house league.
