My son plays for this association in u8 Division 1 and I see the lack of discipline compared to teams from Fabreville, Vimont, Chomedy etc before starting a game. There is some parents that feel that the association is only there to make money according to how many inscription they get than the quality of training that the children have. I feel that there is some coaches that should not be coaches in the first place because their lack of passion and knowledge of the game. For example, there was a situation with in the past (last year 2014) with a coach where he announced that would practice during construction holiday; but what happened was all the parent presented at the Montenency Park on Boulevard Laval and the coach did not present himself at the practice. This was not professional in his part and the parents were not very happy. There are also coaches who never played soccer and/or seen in their lives a high level soccer game (UEFA champions league) and they are coaches? It does not mean if you take a course in coach training that you are a good coach, it is more than that. It is knowledge, passion, and a lot of sacrifices but showing off is the way to go in this club. It is really sad; not for me but for the kids. My question to the president is: Does he really care? I think if you are really have passion to a sport, it will show on the field. I don't know if next year I want my son to play for Centre-Sud because I already informed myself about other teams in Laval and Montreal for the Winter session. I say for those who really showed my son the game THANK YOU. But for those who really there to show off that they have a shirt from the association and don't know nothing about the sport is WAKE UP before the parents start leaving with their children.

Soyez prÃ©venu, l'organisation de cette ligue tombe Ã plat souvent 3 Ã 4 matches aprÃ¨s le dÃ©but de la saison. Les coaches disparaissent et le club de soccer centre sud ne se donne jamais la peine de communiquer avec les parents et n'offre aucune soutien. Les parents sont alors obligÃ©s de prendre les choses en mains et diriger les Ã©quipes. Lorsque la saison est amorcÃ©e, il n'y aura aucune rÃ©ponse Ã vos courriels de la part des responsables. Il est souvent normal de se prÃ©senter Ã un match ou une pratique oÃ¹ les responsables ne sont pas lÃ . Ceci est toute Ã fait normal pour cette organisation, et aucune responsabilitÃ© n'est prise pour le dÃ©placement inutile des parents. De plus, le prix payÃ© ne reflÃ¨te d'aucune faÃ§on le service obtenu. Allons l'ARS et SQ le soccer mÃ©rite mieux!

Les frais demandÃ©s ne sont pas justifiÃ©s. Pour de jeunes enfants, aucun intÃ©rÃªt, rÃ©unissez quelques amis sur un stade et laissez les courir derriÃ¨re un ballon le rÃ©sultat sera le mÃªme. Les coachs sont bÃ©nÃ©voles et souvent des parents d'enfants qui n'ont jamais pratiquÃ© ce sport et jamais coachÃ© d'enfants. Ou vont les frais d'inscription, c'est un mystÃ¨re ? TrÃ¨s mal organisÃ© et gÃ©rÃ©, les groupes sont trop nombreux et les enfants jouent parfois 15min dans l'heure et passent 45min a attendre. N'inscrivez pas vos enfants dans ce club. Il y a des initiations au soccer qui offrent une meilleur formation aux jeunes et pour la moitiÃ© du coÃ»t.

SincÃ¨rement, C'est une dÃ©ception total pour U10ML Bordeaux, La ligue Centre Sud, ne semble tenir les guide de sont organisation sauf pour son festival plein de commanditaire. Pour l'Ã©quipe pas de coach stable, mÃªme pas de coach en dÃ©but d'annÃ©e, pour ceux qui ont remplacer le coach initial, il on juger que Ã§a valait mÃªme pas la peine continuer avec cette Ã©quipe, De plus Ils ose dire qu'il dÃ©barque car les enfant sont pas prÃ©sent , moi je dirai vice versa. a cette DÃ©claration je n'inclus pas RenÃ© qui a pris la relÃ¨ve pour les derniers match. La bonne Nouvelle est qu'ils ont une grande occasion de faire mieux l'an prochain.

Communication Ã©pouvantable, on a manquÃ© le dÃ©but des matchs car on a jamais reÃ§u les courriels. Pas de coach stables, en u5 ma fille Ã eu 3 coachs diffÃ©rents. Les endroits oÃ¹ le match/pratique avaient lieu changeait sans prÃ©avis et on le savait rendu sur place aprÃ¨s avoir attendu 15 minutes. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette ligue lÃ , je sais pas pourquoi j'ai Ã©tÃ© assez twit pour rÃ©inscrire mon gars cette annÃ©e, mais je regrette.
