Not a very wide selection of bicycles or accessories. Little bit of everything for sports but seems focused towards clothing.

Very nice store and very friendly staff. Things are easy to find.

Bought some Mitzuno running shoes from this location about a month ago. The black dye ran off the shoes onto my socks and skin more than once. After about 4 washes the dye has finally come off my foot but my socks are ruined. I tried to return them last Friday with the receipt for around $90.00. The Manager proceeded to tell me that the dye running off the shoes was not a manufacturers defect and she could not do anything for mew. I find that hard to believe but I definitely won't be shopping there anymore.

No service no selection. Staff don't care and it shows.

When you have items that are on a section that Sports Experts calls liquidation your staff must make sure that the items are mark for liquidation and not come up with an excuse that someone placed it there. I did not complain; I simply paid the price they told me because it is a problem that it is not with the staff at the floor but for management to ensure that instructions are follow and clearly given according to store policies regarding discount items. I will still continue to shop at the store because I like the store and cleanliness of the store. I hope I don't get anyone in trouble, it is a simply a constructive criticising which may help.
