I've been shopping here for the past 6 years, and although I've had some good experiences, most of my experiences left me feeling sad and made me feel stupid. The experience that really prompted me to write this review was a experience that happened to me recently. I was returning a very high-end waterbottle which when it was delivered to me, the top came dented, the top is plastic so there is no way I could have dropped it to cause it to dent and flake off. I came to exchange this very expensive water bottle, and I told the workers that it was a defect. The manager came to the front and basically told me he knew he was lying, and that I dropped it, he made expeira example about how if you crash a car "you can't return it" and he made me feel so stupid and he made me feel like a liar, (even though there was no way I could have dented the top) and claimed that they "check" each waterbottle before shipping out, . although he let me exchange the water bottle he made sure to tell the worker "not to let me return again" this whole experience made me leave with a bad taste in my mouth.

Bought many things at this store. Snowboard bindings and boots, a few helmets, skates, etc. the service was always good. For some items pricing seemed to be on the high side, but overall great place for your sports stuff.

I've met some helpfull people working in the ski / skate tuning dep, but the good experience was marred when I was asked to sign a waiver and lability release as "a regular standard practice" AFTER I paid for skis tuning and AFTER the work was done. Otherwise, as the guy said, "They could not release the skis"... Say WHAT? Are you serious?? It could be funny ... but, when this sort of trickery is coming from a respectable chain, it is as irritating as it can be. And, on top of this...- the manager added to "the fun" by blaming me for being "rude" and refusing to provide his name when I asked him. The bottom line: if you're having your skis tuned, do not get tricked into this monkey's business.
