Bought a pair of soccer boots. Asked a lot of questions and the staff got visibly annoyed but at the end of the day I am spending my money so I should be able to ask questions.

good customer service UNLESS you are trying to return something or exchange. I recently bought a pair of all white vans, upon buying them I didn't even realize that because I was wearing thick socks, so they didn't fit. (TAKE NOTE; upon buying them they had orange stains on them; Im not sure if it was pop or tea/coffee.) I ended up going in the next day with the box and receipt, I was going to just return them, I was told NO, because they had "dust" on them, which was weird because I hadn't worn them unless to try them on in my house (which is when I realized they didn't fit), I brought them back home after being told no, and tried again a couple days later hoping that someone was just in a bad mood and took it out on me. turns out it was the manager that was being rude to me, his name is Kenneth. upon bringing them back a couple days later there was a girl working (not sure of her name), she was about to return them and then saw the receipt and said "you were already told no, so I dont even know why you would try again" and packed up the shoes. I left the store and notified my mom of what was going on, what was said and she contacted head office, and was passed from person to person with no real help, so that brings us to today, when I gave the shoes to my mom defeated and said to just try exchanging them for a different size... she went in, and the girl on cash was about to do the exchange for her, because the shoes are clean and are still neatly in the box with the receipt but then was told "no" by the manager, who then proceeded to call "head office" (which if anyone here works customer service, you know head office is NOT open on a Saturday LOL), then the girl whom had given me attitude upon my last visit proceeded to be disrespectful and rude to my mother, and 2 other cashiers ALSO ganged up on her saying things like "some people are so disgusting", "im doing you a favour right now be thankful" and a bunch of rude things that you wouldn't expect someone that works In customer service to say. Finally, upon realizing that my mother was NOT leaving, they did the exchange (of course coming at her with more rude comments.) we left, and I can honestly say that I never want to shop there again.

Love this store! Soccer ⚽ equipment at discounted prices and sport shoes! Good quality famous brands. The single disappointment is that I was unable to find turf soccer shous for me. They have indoors, but not the right ones. Also they have a huge variety of hats 🧢. Highly recommended fo sport apparel!
