Great selection + prices, friendly staff, year-round in-store as well as online inventory (snow and skate). Great place to shop. The one time that they didn't have the item that I was looking for they directed me to another shop that did. Great store and great staff.

I was recommended and sold boots and bindings that were 3 sizes too big for me (size 7 boot and size M bindings) I wore it for a few seasons and couldn't understand why I was experiencing cramping and pain in my foot. I had noticed that it felt like my feet were always sliding in and out of my boot and my ankle wouldn't stay grounded but I thought it was a result of me not wearing my boot properly so i would try to tighten it extremely. I brought the boots to another snowboard shop recently and found out my problem was because "the source" sold me such overly large boots and bindings. I should be wearing size 4 boot and size S bindings. In fact, the other snowboard shop rep even asked me, "how could they sell you such oversized boots and bindings? that's so mean". Like it wasn't even 1 size difference, it was 3 sizes different! I am now in the middle of replacing my boot and bindings because there is no way i can wear these boots and bindings now, knowing how improperly sized they are for me. EDIT: I've been there a few times after regarding snowboards and the staff were extremely helpful, patient and super knowledgable about the equipment. Not sure what happened when I bought my boots but I felt it I should adjust my rating as I feel like that one-time bad experience doesn't properly reflect the overall attitude of the staff and store.

This was my first time shopping here and I was very impressed with how helpful the staff were. I believe it was Shannon that was assisting me with new boots and bindings and she helped me so much! She wasn’t pushy and didn’t rush me at all, she made sure I was comfortable and confident with my choice before purchasing which I really appreciated. She exceeded what I expected from customer service and I will definitely keep returning here for all my gear in the future!
