Amazing customer service!! We have been purchasing our son’s ski equipment here for years, based off of their incredible knowledge and service. We recommend them whenever asked, and return each year to purchase the new gear we need. The staff does not hesitate to recommend the best option for your needs! This was our first year purchasing heaters for our son’s boots, and the staff was amazing - from fitting the new boots, selecting and installing the right heaters, and amazing service follow-up when things didn’t settle “just right” and he needed areas punched out. Amazing!!

I worked specially retail for nearly 20 years and I was impressed by these folks. I recently visited from Manitoba and stopped it to get some info on a new set of boards. The staff person who helped me asked good questions about my usage, showed me 4 options in a range of prices and explained why he chose them and how they suited my needs. He then referred me to another staff person who could answer some questions about specialty bindings. I appreciate that he admitted that certain questions were outside his knowledge and that he took the time to brief the other staff person about my questions. Class salesmanship and not afraid to earn your purchase. My friend remarked at the level of service straight away also. Thanks folks! I forgot what good customer service was like!

I’ve been to the store a few times before and always had a good experience. I went in yesterday to find some replacement snowboard boots as mine were starting to show their age and use. When it comes to boots I am extremely critical about the fit and feel. I had Vern help me find the pair I wanted and after trying them on a few times and making multiple adjustments to the in-sole and liner I was able to find the perfect fit. Where most other stores, in my experience, would let you leave with boots that don’t feel 100% right and just tell you that they will eventually pack out; Vern was exceptional and wasn’t going to be happy until he knew I was leaving the store completely confident with my purchase.

Best customer service I have ever received in a sporting goods store. Even though the store was quite busy, Jim took the time to make sure that the snowboard boots I was seeking fit me exactly the way I wanted. This was amazing because even though I have enjoyed the sport for 15 years, technology is always improving and there is always so much to know. I'm so gratefull for someone putting that much effort into my purchase, because it will ultimately make the next several years of my snowboarding experience that much more fun!!! Thanks again Jim!!! I will be a customer for life 🏂!

A great experience from start to finish. Vern was very knowledgeable. It may cost slightly more than purchasing online, but the service is worth every bit of the extra cost. HIghly recommended and we will be back.
