placed a $300+ order for a couple decks and a pair of shoes - fast (free!) shipping, excellent packaging - there was a minor issue with one product - a quick phone call later i was presented with great options and problem was resolved! highly recommend this company - and i will be shopping with them again in the near future. thank you Ash!

Amazing experience with the source and especially Brendon at the online order desk. I had some old gift cards that didn’t have an online code to use online so I called the source and Brendon transferred them for me no problem. Placed my online order and then a few days later I get an email from Brendon saying he was getting my order ready and noticed the goggle lens was scratched. He sent me pics of the scratch and other options to switch to but my daughter wanted these so he swapped lenses for her. Thank you so much Brendon!

EDIT: Good experience gone bad. I've been meaning to change this review for sometime but Google wouldn't let me because I "didn't contribute enough". I'll still say they did a great job on delivery and availability of product. Also at the time they had a social media guy who reached out to me after I posted the review below, sent me a hand written card with some stickers, and an e-mail with a promo code to use for 10% off my next purchase with them. I wanted to buy a new jacket and snow pants that year as well, so based on the positive experience and the enticing 10% off, I went back to them and placed my order with the promo code. No 10% discount. I e-mailed their general "info" address and explained what occurred only to receive a response that said "Mr. Social Media Guy no longer works here and we don't do discounts on current model year items. Sorry dude." Regardless of who the employee is, if you're handing out promos as a company with absolutely no mention of limitations as to where they apply you should probably stand by them. I even advised them of an upcoming purchase of a new board, bindings, and boots that I was going to make in the next year to give them a chance to make right. Heard nothing back so I took my business elsewhere. Original Review (5 Stars): Best Canadian online store for Snowboard gear hands down. Placed an order Friday night, gear was delivered Tuesday afternoon in Toronto. Easily can see availability on product and they assured me if its in stock that it will ship and I'll get what I need on time.
