Awesome crew. Booked lift tickets months in advance and they were at my hotel upon check in. Also did a guided tour, we had Nathan, showed us around the three ski fields. Absolutely recommend this to get familiar with the mountains. They have a range of activities to do (if boarding or skiing isn't your thing), i enquired about a ice climb and while they didn't do that, they provided me with details about someone who did, fantastic. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

Great deals, great staff.

Poor customer service and poor selection. Went in for a 3-day ski rental during a trip, I asked for advice on which ski to try and the first employee said "I don't ski, and don't know anything". All I could think to myself was, "why are you working in a ski rental shop with zero knowledge of the product". 10 minutes later, another employee came by and suggested a ski. Then a "manager" struggled for 10-15 minutes to setup the binding onto my boot. I had previously demo'd several ski's at a local hill and the technician at the demo was able to set the bindings correctly within a minute for every single ski i tried out. After riding for the day I was not happy with first ski, and since their selection wasn't great, they didn't have anything else I wanted to try out. I had purchased a 3 day rental, and I asked for a refund, they refused. You're better off renting from Ultimate Sports up the road, better selection and competent employees's.

Staff is very courteous! However, they only rent Salomon equipment and are quite pricey. 2 day's rental of Salomon Q85 cost 100 dollars. This is demo-level price for a ski costing less than half the price of a QST. And they don't offer half-day rental pricing even if you pick up an noon same day. Aside from this, loved the shop.

There was confusion with a private ski lesson that I had booked through the Ski Hub desk at my hotel and Zach and Josh from the in town location went completely above and beyond to help me out. Their customer service prevented the day from being a total wash and the effort that they put in to find a solution was just so appreciated. It's rare to find people like this! A big thanks to Saturday's delivery driver--I didn't catch his name, but he was also instrumental in saving the day.
