I had a poor experience the first time i went to this shop but after today i am changing my review. I was greeted and helped by Kyle, i believe his name was. He spared no effort in making sure my expectations were exceeded. He was very knowledgeable on the gear he was selling. I will be back again and i will recommend this store to others. I just wish i knew the name of the person who was there the first time i visited because he was very unpleasant. But oh well.. kyle saved my business.

Amazing service! My partner and I bought new gear several months ago for an upcoming trip but forgot we hadn't installed the bindings! In three hours they got our bindings installed and our gear waxed. Friendly, professional, and skilled staff! Definitely coming back.

It was super busy when we went, early in ski season. The showroom is packed with gear of all kinds, for both skiing and snowboarding. Everybody we talked to was really friendly and helpful. Our salesman really knew his stuff, and we got tons of good info on not just the products we purchased, but also for rental services, as well as good ski/snowboard areas for beginners.

It was extremely busy, and the staff handled it really well. It's a tight space and they navigated it and all us customers like pros. Was there renting ski gear for my son. The rentals are in very good shape, from the last year or two. The guy who helped my son was efficient, knew his stuff and was very friendly. Price for adult (large son) seasonal rental was about $100 more than I paid elsewhere last year from a different Seattle business. The only bummer in an otherwise great transaction, and the only reason I didn't give stars.

Seattle Ski has been my neighborhood go-to ski shop for over a decade accommodating everything from rentals, demos, tune-ups, custom molds and equipment. Even during their peak hours, the staff work together efficiently and are attentive throughout the visit; they have great product knowledge without the sales pressure, it's an overall feel good experience!
