Good sales team, fairly knowledgeable about their products. If you can catch one of their sales they can be pretty beneficial! Wish they offered tune ups that’s all.

I've visited this store a handful of times. Management seems to always be buzzing around and ensuring each customer is welcomed and assisted with whatever they need - very punctual! It clearly influences a great group of associates that always help me out. Every time their energetic and positive customer service leads me to awesome new purchases. I'm not a fan of shopping so I love that I can run into this store knowing that every one there will help me out with a big smile on their face and get me out of there within the time slot I've allocated (sometimes thats quite quick and other times its more flexible, they always work with what I've got). I've noticed how attentive they are with all customers in the store. If theres ever been a situation they are very efficient in handling it, and to the customer's satisfaction. I find this place a fantastic retail experience with durable products that look and feel good. The staff is technically savvy which is something I must have with items for the back country or even just street wear. Not only are there good deals at The Source but I find this store specifically has such great energy and provides a wonderful experience for shoppers! Will continue to shop here.

Decent selection of clothing for Red Deer shop. Staff is a bit hit and miss in terms of knowledge and eagerness to help, but are generally pleasant.
