Amazing experience at the bike repair shop! I spoke with Frank, a friendly and knowledgeable staffer who helped talk me through the necessary repairs to get my mountain bike back on the trails. They did great work, finished on time and the price was competitive. Will definitely recommend this shop to my friends for all things bike. Thanks guys!

Cool place. Didn't find what I was looking for. But they were having a pretty great sale. Could have got something nice for a great deal. Ill come back. As I understand they do all sorts of cool stuff. Think they have some sort of event space.

Most incompetent bike repair shop in the world! It took over 3 weeks to replace a wheel on my bike. Yes, a wheel! They offered to waive the service fee which was nice and I would’ve left it at that if my bike was returned in proper order. Instead it now makes this insanely high pitched whiney noise whenever you break. They said this is because the bike is old... how does this potential issue not come up in the 3 weeks you have the bike? I asked if they could fix it and their response was well we probably could but it’d take some time and have to order more parts. They actually recommended I go to a different bike shop instead! If you don’t know how to work on older bikes then just be honest and refer me to a different shop in the beginning. Instead my time has been wasted, I missed multiple bike trips, and I now have a whole new issue to try and fix. Thanks Evo!

Great outdoors store in Seattle. Competitive pricing and good eCommerce platform. All staff are experts in their department and they don’t try to sell you anything. I’m especially appreciative of Brandon in the ski department. He really took his time and knows his stuff.

Not as knowledgeable as they would like you to think. Be careful with Evo. I'm sure some of the sales team knows what they are talking about, but we went in for a touring setup and ended up with bindings that don't work at all for touring. No response from the store management when we complained. Our fault for trusting their sales rep instead of doing our research - we unfortunately trusted their reputation. We've since found a few local stores that are more interested in helping people get outdoors than turning a quick profit.
