Everyone is super nice here and also they all have great knowledge of snowboarding, and skiing. Not even once have I had a bad time renting or purchasing clothing here. The building is a little cramped but it's a sweet humble business.

The customer service is amazing! They really know their product. Helped my husband with new boots and snow pants. We went back to have our boards waxed and they got it done the same day. I highly recommend the shack.

Great little shop, rented a few pairs of skis here, tried on several ski boots until employee found one that fit my girlfriend just right. We were skiing at lookout, so one thing to note, lift at lookout closed a 4, ski shack closes at six. We just barely made it back with a few min to spare at 5:53; but they had already closed. Kind of annoying as we were visiting family who lived 40 min away. Had to cut our visit short and miss family breakfast so we could drop off skis by 9 in the morning on our way out of town. Will probably just rent at the mountain next time

The guys here are awesome! They will help you pick the right gear for you and know what they are talking about. You can tell they love the snow and love helping people get to enjoy it. Good selection of products, too.
