The first thing you will notice about Sturtevant's Ski Mart Tacoma when you visit there is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. This crew epitomizes the excitement and stoke of the skiing/snowboarding culture! You are not walking into the "big box" atmosphere and sales rep ambivalence of large outlets, or the anonymity and dubiousness of dealing on the Internet. These guys/gals know their stuff because they all live it, and the gear is right there before your eyes to see and handle. So if you are a beginner just getting started and feel a little intimidated asking questions - or are worried about the experience level of the sales staff you are dealing with - fear no more! This is where you will have your questions answered with dignity and aplomb, and you will gain the knowledge you need to make good buying decisions. The Techs here are top notch also, making it great for your one-stop tune-up and on-going maintenance needs. From beginner to expert they will be able to help all. Free parking and great staff in a down-home atmosphere! How can you lose? I am glad to have found a great Ski Shop so close to home. Thanks guys !
