It was easy to book, pickup and return our ski equipment. The store is right by Gondola One, so no long hauling of skis to the slopes. Staff is super friendly. There was no wait at all. Skis and boots were in a very good condition. Free (! Yes, $0 total) rental for children of the entire ski package was a nice and welcome surprise. Highly recommend.

Under staff, not well organized. Aspen rentals were way easyier and faster. The equipment was way better at aspen. Hopefully it's worth the wait.

I am a local and have been frequenting this store for decades. I almost never bother to give reviews. However, the exceptional service I get from Mike Evans and the people in the department he now manages require one. Over the years as I have purchased equipment, especially boots, for myself and my family I have been overwhelmed with the quality of the initial assistace and the the follow-up servicing. Now more and more I simply use demos from Mike’s department and that service is simply the best!! But the reason I am commenting at this time is that Mike now helps my grandchildren. Now that they are semi-adults, his service and immense assistance in filling their equipment needs makes my exerperience with them all the more wonderful. He is always ready to take care of and help with the selection of equipment whether or not I am even there in person and that just means so much to a grandmother.

The staff greeted me when I walked in. Had my paperwork available. Offered a significant assortment to choose from and helped guide me to the right equipment. I was in and out quickly and on the slopes in no time. All in all, an excellent experience and everything you would hope for.

Over the top service! From the first phone call (Lindsay) to the rent to buy (Mikey and Andy) to assessing my bindings for transfer to NEW Nordica Enforcer 100’s, 169 cm (Randy) and holding my old skis until the end of the day. And even Matt, who “humbly” took credit for everything!!
