Could not have had a better experience! We rented online for three days and they let us pick up equipment the night before our rental started so we could jump right into our experience on the slopes. They fitted us (2 people) in ~10 minutes and gave us tons of tips about the weather, altitude, and importance of sunblock. Returning the gear took all of two minutes. Everyone was friendly and our gear had no problems. Prices were the best too!

Had a great experience with the whole crew at Christy and they took care of our snowboard and boot rentals in a jiffy! All the guys were pleasant, boards were good brands (although my sons was a little beat up) and service was quick and calculated. One of our party ended up with a concussion after day 1 of hitting the slopes and Blair stepped to the plate and helped us out with the rental fees due to the unfortunate injury. ***that type of action and service goes a long way in my book and earned my return business. Love Keystone and need a reliable shop to rent from!!! We’ll be back ~BB

First, for this crew to simply manage the chaos dealing with returns and rentals, large groups, etc. is outstanding!! Joe worked with us the first night we picked up our rental and went above and beyond our expectations even helping with my personal ski's and making sure all was good to go. Then we stopped again this morning and Blair was outstanding with his customer service helping with our return. We stopped again tonight as one of our party was wanting to trade his snowboard for skis and once again, Joe was outstanding with juggling the chaos of large families and still taking very special care of us to make the exchange seemless. The whole team seems to work seamlessly together.

Very quick and efficient process even when picking up. They customized each rental to you and wouldet you try on several pairs of boots to make sure they were comfortable for you. They let us switch out a snowboard for skis one day without any problem. Great friendly staff and would encourage anyone to use them for their mountain gear rentals! Also book online at least 24 hours before to get the 20% off discount!

Great attitude, great service and easy to work with. Boot fitting for the family was an outstanding experience. Rob and Andy were excellent and you felt you were getting expert but down to earth advice. They know their stuff. Thank you!
