I bought a set of new skis, bindings, and boots here some years back, and it has generally been my go-to ski shop. Recently, I had a plastic piece come off of one binding, so took it in to see what could be done. One of the regular employees said they couldn't fix it due to liability reasons, but he would contact the manufacturer for me and see what he could do to help out, which sounded good to me. I went to drop the ski off at the end of the weekend, but then was informed that the "main boss Paul" refused to do anything at all, and said that I just needed to buy new bindings or leave. (It turns out that the manufacturer is going to warranty and fix the binding for me). Lots of stars for the normal employees who wanted to help me out, but two big thumbs down for boss Paul who actively prevented his employees from trying to help a customer. If you expect continued service after a major equipment purchase, I would go elsewhere, as it is time for some new management who actually care about follow up service.

Overall great experience. I guess the only way that I would make this a 5 star would be if they improved the 'returning' customer experience. I have rented at this location several times, but my boot/ski size is not retained. I know the bindings need to be tuned every use, but it would be nice if returning customers could have a more seamless pick up and not need to go through the entire sizing routine. Staff has always been friendly as well-

I can not say enough good about Joel and Dan. Joel is the person that helped me with all my rental needs, he was super knowledgeable and friendly. Walking into a snowboard shop after taking a 10 year hiatus can be super intimidating, but from the moment I walked into Christy's I was treated like family. Dan assisted me with checking out, not sure if he is a manager of a store owner, but he took pride in everything like it was his own and not just a job. I will recommend this place to anyone that is looking to rent of buy. They have this really awesome program, whatever you spend on rentals will be taken off of your purchase. AMAZING! Thanks again y'all!

Fantastic service for my wife Maureen. Scott Fines fixed her boots and was just amazingly helpful. He definately deserves an employee of the month award! A credit to Christy Sports. We'll be back there in the future for new skis and other items. Many thanks.

The manager (Beau) was super helpful with re-adjusting a boot that I bought there a couple of trips ago. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely return to Christy Sports.
